In-station Redemption Instructions: Redeem in person: To redeem at a ticket counter, 1. Print this page. 2. Bring it into an Amtrak station’s ticket counter during business hours and present at the time of payment. Please note, not all Amtrak stations have staffed ticket counters.

Redeem by phone: To redeem by phone, call 1 – 800 – USA RAIL (800 – 872 – 7245) to book travel. At time of payment, provide agent with the gift card number and PIN.

Sales Associate Redemption Instructions: To redeem this gift card please select gift card form of payment. Manually enter the 16-digit gift card number and PIN. If any balance remains on the gift card, return this card to the card holder along with a copy of their gift card receipt.
