What is Concierge

Coincards stocks hundreds of gift cards, but not every retailer. Concierge is how you get the ones we don't carry.

Send us the retailer, a link to the specific gift card, and the amount. We'll source it on your behalf and invoice you for the cost plus a 5% service fee (minimum $10), payable the same way as everything else on Coincards: Bitcoin or Lightning, through your Coincards account.

Step 01 · Enquire

Tell us the retailer, the amount, and a link to the specific gift card. Submit it through the form above and it goes straight to our support queue.

Step 02 · Pay

We confirm we can fulfil it, then send a custom invoice for the card, our 5% service fee (min $10), and any applicable taxes.

Step 03 · Receive

Once your order is sourced, we forward the gift card to you and mark the order complete.

Coincards Concierge information

What is the Coincards Concierge service?

Coincards often receives many custom gift card requests throughout the day, but many fall into a few categories: not available due to restrictions, one-offs not popular enough to stock ongoing, or available only from smaller, less common vendors.

We built Concierge to fulfil requests like these on an individual basis, beyond what we normally stock.

How does it work?

Requesting a gift card through Concierge works differently from buying one of our regular cards:

  1. Make sure you have a registered Coincards Canada account.
  2. Submit a request through the form on this page. It's sent straight to our support ticket system, and a staff member will reach out to verify it.
  3. Once verified, we create a custom invoice covering the card's cost plus a 5% service fee (minimum $10) and any applicable taxes.
  4. Paying that invoice is what starts procurement of your order.*
  5. Once paid, we begin sourcing your gift card. Cards are delivered to us first, to confirm everything is obtained successfully.
  6. Once complete, we forward the card to you and mark the order finished.

*Should an order turn out impossible to complete after payment, you'll be refunded, minus any mining fees tied to returning the funds.

Are there any limits or restrictions?

  • Requests must total at least $200 in gift cards from a single vendor.
  • You need a registered account for a payment link to be generated.
  • Your total can't exceed the daily order limits set on Coincards.com.
  • We reserve the right to decline any request, for any reason.
  • The gift card must be available to purchase online, though it can be used for physical or electronic cards.

How long will delivery take?

This service needs time for communication and evaluation on each request, so urgent turnarounds can't be guaranteed.
