Coincards Concierge Gift Card (Electronic Delivery)

Coincards often receives many custom gift card requests throughout the day, however many fall into the following categories:

• Not available due to restrictions
• One-Off's which are not popular enough to stock on an ongoing basis
• Available from smaller, less popular vendors

However, we realize that many of our users have different needs beyond what we currently offer. We created Coincards Concierge to help our users with a personalized service that allows us to fulfill individual needs!

Requesting a Gift Card through the Coincards Concierge service is simple, however the process is different from purchasing any of the gift cards currently available on Coincards.com:

1. Ensure you have a registered account through Coincards Canada.
2. Submit a request through the form located on the Coincards Concierge Product listing. Requests will be submitted automatically to the Coincards support ticket system and a staff member will contact you to verify your request.
3. Once your request has been verified, Coincards create a custom invoice for the total cost of the gift card, plus applicable fees and taxes.
4. You must pay this invoice for Coincards to start working on procurement of your order*.
5. Once your order is paid, Coincards staff will begin the procurement process of your gift cards. All cards will be delivered to Coincards directly to ensure all cards are successfully obtained.
6. Once your order is complete, Coincards will forward all gift cards to the customer and mark the order as completed.

* Should your order be deemed unable to be completed after payment is made, customers will receive a refund for orders, minus any mining fees which are associated with returning funds.

• Coincards Concierge services must be for a total of at least $200 in gift cards from a single vendor.
• You must register an account in order for a payment link to be generated.
• Total order cannot exceed the daily order limits set on Coincards.com.
• Coincards reserves the right to deny any request for any reason.
• Gift Cards must be available for purchase online, however can be used for physical or electronic cards.

This service requires communication and evaluation times for specific requests. As such, urgent requirements cannot be guaranteed using this service.
