VisitBritain Gift Cards are redeemable for full or part payment on the online VisitBritain Shop. This VisitBritain Gift Card cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or credit or vouchers once purchased and activated. The amount payable by you for your purchase (“Purchase Cost”) will be deducted from the balance on the VisitBritain Gift Card and any Purchase Cost amount still owed by you following the deduction from the balance of your VisitBritain Gift Card, you agree that you will be liable to pay any such remaining Purchase Costs either by way of credit or debit card. This VisitBritain Gift Card should be treated as cash, we cannot replace or reimburse the value of the VisitBritain Gift card if it is lost, stolen or damaged. This VisitBritain Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of activation. British Tourist Authority (“VisitBritain”) supplies digital Gift Cards (“VisitBritain Gift Cards”) to customers (“VisitBritain Gift Cards”) which are issued by British Tourist Authority, 3 Grosvenor Gardens, London, England, SW1W 0BD, VAT Number – GB 446 0885 32. VisitBritain Gift Cards are redeemable online. No additional fees will be imposed on purchasers or recipients of VisitBritain Gift Cards. VisitBritain Gift Cards can be spent on a wide range of participating products on the online VisitBritain Shop. You hereby irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with, these terms, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) or your purchase of the VisitBritain Gift Cards.
