Gift Card Terms and Conditions

The Well gift card is subject to terms and conditions stated in the Cardholder Agreement. The Well gift cards are subject to a monthly maintenance fee which will be assessed automatically against the card in the amount and on the timing stated on the back of the card. The Well gift cards are issued by Peoples Trust Company. For card balance, please call the Balance Inquiry Line at 1-800-755-8608 or www.getmybalance.com

Please note funds do not expire. The Well gift card is not reloadable and is not redeemable for cash.

Maintenance Fees

Starting the first day of the sixteenth month after the card activation date, a non-fundable $2.50 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted each month from the card balance. A three-month extension can be requested before these fees are charged by contacting EML directly. A toll free number can be found on the back of the card. If you receive this extension, these fees cannot be charged for an additional 3 months.
