Farm Boy Online Gift Card (Electronic Delivery)
Farm Boy provides a friendly, fresh-market shopping experience featuring signature farm-fresh produce, butcher-quality meats, artisan cheese, fresh dairy, and popular private-label products at excellent value.Our gift cards can be used at participating Farm Boy™ stores and never expire.
Redemption Instructions:
Inform the cashier that you would like to apply your Farm Boy™ e-gift card balance towards your purchase. When prompted by the cashier, scan the barcode on the Farm Boy™ e-gift card either from your mobile device or a printed copy. The e-gift card balance will be applied towards your purchase. If you do not have enough funds available on your Farm Boy™ e-gift card to cover the entire transaction amount, Farm Boy will support a split tender transaction, where you can instruct the cashier to charge part of the purchase to the card and pay the remaining amount with another payment method.
Complete the transaction at POS. Scan the items as normal. Press the "SUBTOTAL" button. Press the "GIFT CARD USED" button. Scan the e-gift card using one of the following options:
a. Customer scans using the mobile scanner
i. Instruct the customer to HOLD UP and SCAN the barcode on the Farm Boy™ e-gift card, either from their mobile device or a printed copy.
b. Cashier scans using the hand-held scanner
i. Instruct the customer to hold up either the printout of the Farm Boy™ e-gift card email or the email on their mobile device.
ii. Scan the barcode using the hand-held scanner.
If you are having difficulty scanning the customer's Farm Boy™ e-gift card from their mobile device, ensure that the customer's display is set to light mode and not dark mode. Ask the customer to turn up the brightness of their screen. Ask the customer to turn their phone to landscape mode, as the barcode in portrait mode may not scan.
Terms and Conditions:
This E-Gift Card is valid at participating Farm Boy™ stores. Cards can be used for all in-store purchases except another Corporate Gift Card (grocery or liquor), third-party cards, or as prohibited by law. The Card has no expiry date and no fees apply. Check your Card balance in store via mobile scan or by calling 1-833-788-3401. Protect this Card like cash. The value remaining on the Card cannot be replaced if the Card is lost, stolen, damaged or used without your consent. The Card is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
