If your Card is lost, stolen or destroyed, the value remaining on the Card at the time you call us at 0845 270 3310 can be replaced only if it has been previously registered. Starbucks Cards may only be used for making purchases of Starbucks goods and services at participating Starbucks locations. You can top up or check your balance of your Card at http://www.starbucks.co.uk/card or at any participating Starbucks store. Starbucks charges no fees and imposes no expiry dates in connection with your Card. Any amount on your Starbucks Card may be redeemed for cash by calling 0845 270 3310. The maximum value that may be loaded onto your Card in one year is €2500. Information concerning the Starbucks Card Complaint Handling Policy and the Financial Ombudsman Service is available on our website at http://www.starbucks.co.uk/card where you will also find the complete Account Terms of Use and Agreement.
