These terms and conditions tell you about the legal terms and conditions which apply to your purchase and use of digital Molton Brown gift cards purchased via Prezzee. These gift card terms apply to pounds sterling gift cards purchased online through the Prezzee website (http://www.prezzee.uk). Molton Brown reserves the right to update and change these terms and conditions at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your Molton Brown gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. It is your responsibility to check these gift card terms from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes which may have been made. Molton Brown gift cards remain the property of Molton Brown who maintains the right to cancel the card in its sole discretion in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so (such as to comply with applicable laws or as a result of circumstances beyond its control). The value of your Molton Brown gift card can be redeemed in the UK online at http://www.moltonbrown.co.uk provided the gift card is redeemed within the applicable redemption period. The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash, re-sold, re-tendered or redeemed against the purchase of another gift card. Please note Molton Brown gift cards purchased via Prezzee cannot be redeemed in any Molton Brown stand alone stores, outlets, concessions, department stores or travel retail. The maximum amount that an individual Molton Brown gift card can hold is £2,500. For gift cards purchased via Prezzee, Prezzee will provide you with specific denominations to choose from. Your Molton Brown gift card is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of activation (which shall be the date you receive your e-gift card) following which it will automatically expire. A gift card cannot be used after the expiry date and any remaining balance will be removed and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use. We have no obligation to remind or inform you of a gift card’s expiry and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry. If you are making a purchase using a gift card and the total purchase price is less than the value of the card, any balance will remain on the card and may be applied to future purchases, provided that the card has not expired. A Gift Card expires automatically once its balance has been exhausted. Gift Cards may be used to pay for the whole or any part of an online order. There are no limitations on how many times a card can be used (until the balance is £0.00). Only one gift card may be used per online order. You are solely responsible for the safe keeping and security of your gift card following receipt. Molton Brown cannot be held responsible for any balance lost on a Molton Brown gift card as a result of theft or fraud. All Molton Brown gift cards have a unique PIN number which is required for online purchases. Molton Brown cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised use where the unique PIN has become known to another party (whether through fraud or otherwise). We reserve the right to refuse to accept any gift card which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or is otherwise suspected to be affected by fraud. Personal data relating to your purchase or use of a gift card is collected and processed in accordance with current applicable data protection and privacy legislation and Prezzee’s and Molton Brown’s privacy policies which can be found at: http://www.prezzee.com/policies/privacy-policy/ and http://moltonbrown.co.uk/store/privacy-policy. These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, England.
