Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be refunded 14 days after purchase and providing the gift card hasn’t been redeemed into an Urban account. Gift cards can only be refunded to the orginal payment method.

Redemption Instructions:

If you’ve received a gift card you’ll need to create an Urban account, either online or on the Urban app (available on iPhone and Android).

Once you’re set up, simply head to your wallet and enter your unique 16-digit code to redeem the balance of your gift card as credit.

We’ll automatically apply that credit to the next treatment you book.

Any extra credit left over will stay valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
