I’ve ordered several batches of these cards, and the failure rate (card cannot be read at store register) is around 20%. That’s 20% too high.
BK restaurant staff at several locations in different cities are incompetent, some were not able to enter the card number manually, and some even claim the card balance cannot be checked unless a purchase is made???!!!
BK Gift Card Support (Canadian and American) is useless and entirely unhelpful, as well as BK Guest Relations. They simply bounced me from one side to the other. Several times there was no response to any of my followup requests, and the staff occasionally didn’t even read my followup details and simply gave a canned response.
Decided to try coincards as a last resort for support, and they were kind enough to assist with card replacement (went with a different vendor that was known to work instead of BK).
This review would have been 1 star except coincards worked nicely, so it’s 2 stars.
