Are there any requirements for the Referral Program?<\/h4>\r\n

Please see the Coincards Referral Program Agreement<\/a> which you had agreed upon during the referral registration process.<\/p>\r\n

How do I refer people? Where is my link?<\/h4>\r\n

In the referral program dashboard, click on the \"URL's\" tab. You will see your own referral link eg: https:\/\/coincards.com\/ca\/?ref=myusername. By default, we use your username to track referrals back to you. You also have the option of creating a new referral slug under the \"Settings\" tab. This gives users the option of hiding their username and using another name such as a brand name. eg: https:\/\/coincards.com\/ca\/?ref=mysuperawesomeyoutube<\/p>\r\n

Finally, users may also set direct links in the tab named \"Direct Links\". Direct links are domains which you own and allow you to directly link to Coincards from your site, without an affiliate link. This allows you to promote our brand without your users seeing the \"?ref=\" string attached. All direct links require approval and may also require proof of ownership.<\/p>\r\n

Can I use direct links from social media sites?<\/h4>\r\n

Unfortunately only top level domains can be used, so social media sites such as Twitter, Facebook and Reddit will be excluded from the direct link program. To promote Coincards on social media sites, you will be required to use your custom referral link.<\/p>\r\n

How long as my referrals tied to my account?<\/h4>\r\n

Coincards works on a 365 day turn around period. You will be credited all commissions from your referrals up until 365 days from their registration. After the 365 day period is up, Coincards will no longer pay commissions on that referral.<\/p>\r\n

Can I link to a specific page on Coincards?<\/h4>\r\n

Coincards gives you the opportunity to build custom links to certain products and pages and even name those campaigns so you know where your referrals are coming from. To do so, simply visit the \"URL's\" tab of your referral dashboard. Here you will find the \"Referral URL Generator\". Copy and paste the URL of the page you wish to direct to, eg: \"https:\/\/coincards.com\/ca\/product\/amazon-ca-gift-card\/\"m and then name your campaign, eg \"Amazon\". Click the \"Generate URL\" button to receive your custom link which now opens the Amazon product page using your referral link.<\/p>\r\n

What are the Creative Assets?<\/h4>\r\n

The \"Creative Assests\" tab is a repository of all images, promotional material, fonts and colours which represent the Coincards brand. We ask that you follow our guidelines and only use the included materials for marketing. If you would like to create your own materials, or if you would like something added to the materials, please contact us and we will do our best to work with you.<\/p>\r\n

Can I make my own Martketing Materials \/ Creative Assets?<\/h4>\r\n

We love creativity, however, we also need to ensure that all marketing materials are \"on-brand\". If you wish to create your own marketing materials, please contact us with your ideas or drafts so we may first approve them. Affiliates who are found to be using materials without approval may be terminated from the program.<\/p>\r\n

How do you payout for referrals?<\/h4>\r\n

Cryptocurrency is at the heart Coincards day to day operations and is one of the core values of our business. Naturally, it makes sense then for us to only offer cryptocurrencies as payout methods to our referral partners. At this time, We only offer Bitcoin as a payout method but are looking at implementing more coins as needed.<\/p>\r\n

To request a payout, select the \"Payouts\" tab of your referral dashboard. Simply input your BTC Address and any other notes you may have. This will create a payout request in our ticketing system and a staff member will process the request.<\/p>\r\n
